Benrren Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Eligibility: You can return items within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-returnable items: Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange your item, please note there will be a ₹150 shipping charge for the exchange.
• To initiate an exchange, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
